At House of Hawkk, every product is carefully inspected before it is packed and shipped. To maintain product quality and hygiene, we currently do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders.

No Return, Refund & Exchange

All purchases made through House of Hawkk are final. Once an order has been placed and delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason, including:

* Incorrect size ordered
* Change of mind
* Preference for a different color or design
* Delay caused by the shipping carrier after dispatch

Please Check the Size Carefully

Before placing your order, we strongly recommend that you:

* Refer to the Size Chart available on each product page.
* Compare the measurements with a T-shirt or garment you already own.
* Contact our support team if you are unsure about the correct size before placing your order.

Orders placed with the wrong size selected by the customer will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is:

* Damaged during transit, or
* Different from the item you ordered,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

* Your Order ID
* Clear photos of the product and packaging
* A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the case and, if verified, provide an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
